Dandelion Wishes

time is a menace
gone too fast, too soon
carries memories
forward, in its tide.
time is the cool breeze,
it carries away the dandelion seeds
and the worthless wishes
that are never granted.
time scatters the memories
like dandelion seeds
away, away,
gone, and lost in a better place.
